Project Manager

Skills & Responsibilities:

  • 5 years of experience in Heavy Civil Construction
  • Understand project documents, requirements of contracts, bonds, schedules, reporting and costs
  • Develop and maintain healthy client/customer relationships including subcontractors, materials suppliers, and others involved in the success of projects
  • Effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks appropriately, while ensuring proper and thorough project documentation
  • Demonstrate leadership skills with the ability to solve problems and motivate others
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
  • Buy out projects and prepare Purchase Orders
  • Price and prepare Change orders

Salary based on experience.
