Project Manager
Skills & Responsibilities:
- 5 years of experience in Heavy Civil Construction
- Understand project documents, requirements of contracts, bonds, schedules, reporting and costs
- Develop and maintain healthy client/customer relationships including subcontractors, materials suppliers, and others involved in the success of projects
- Effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks appropriately, while ensuring proper and thorough project documentation
- Demonstrate leadership skills with the ability to solve problems and motivate others
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
- Buy out projects and prepare Purchase Orders
- Price and prepare Change orders
Salary based on experience.
